The former “au” building in Koshien Nibancho along National Route 2 appears to be becoming “Nikka Home,” a remodeling specialty store.

Here it is↓

It says that a remodeling store called Nikka Home will open in late March.
They also seem to be recruiting carpenters, equipment technicians, interior workers, and electricians.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1-19 Koshien Nibancho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around the former “au Shop Kami-Koshien”

Across the street is Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation’s Koshienguchi Branch. You can also see Nishinomiya Ramen, which will close at the end of January.

If you go this way, you’ll find Kaba no Oshiri, One Karubi, and other spots, leading toward Hanshin Kokudo.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find MINI Nishinomiya, currently collaborating with Nishitsu, the Department of Architecture at Mukogawa Women’s University, and more, leading toward Amagasaki.
What is Nikka Home?
Nikka Reform appears to be a comprehensive remodeling company with a nationwide presence centered around the Tokai area, and it is said to have the No. 1 sales in Japan.
About Nikka Home, the remodeling specialty store for your renovation needs
Looking at their website, they seem to emphasize in-house construction, mention that getting estimates from three or more companies tends to lead to better results, and offer services like free repair support, similar to a five-year warranty from an electronics retailer.
Lastly
I don’t really order remodeling work very often, but when you see a nice bathroom, apparently there are things like showers that fall from the ceiling like rain, and even waterfall-style bath features. Also, you know how showers are cold when they first start running? Apparently there’s technology that gets rid of that. Sounds nice.
Thank you to daaco and Sasako, a Nishitsu supporter, for the photos and information!!
