It’s on basement level 1. The space across from the programming school is vacant, so it seems likely it will be opening there.

The clinic director apparently performed a wide range of surgeries at their previous hospital, including procedures for epidermoid cysts, moles, warts, and malignant skin tumors. It seems the new clinic will also offer same-day surgery. It is scheduled to open in May.
