A Nishitsu reader, Fuyu ga Suki Mama, sent us photos of products from “ENTIM（アンティム）”, a baked sweets specialty shop that just opened on Friday, February 23 along National Route 171 in Hiramatsu-cho〜😄

The Baked Sweets at “ENTIM”
Look at this beautiful golden-brown finish〜〜
Apparently they’re particular about serving things freshly baked, and the baked sweets really do look so lively〜😍
“Gateau Marron” sounds pretty unusual, doesn’t it〜〜?? It looks stylish too✨
They also sell canelés〜. According to Nishitsu reader Fuyu ga Suki Mama, they weren’t too sweet and had a deliciousness completely different from other shops. Now that’s intriguing〜〜😆
For the three days from Friday, February 23 to Sunday, February 25, they were also selling three types of assorted sets as an “opening limited setavailable while supplies last”.
Nishitsu reader Fuyu ga Suki Mama bought the “Financier Set” and the “Standard Set（Cookies）”.
Each bag is packed with all kinds of treats, which is so exciting〜♡I hope they sell these regularly too, not just as an opening special〜〜

It seems the inside of the shop was filled with a wonderful aroma〜😍 The owner is apparently very kind and carefully explains the products too. The opening limited sets are on sale until today, the 25th, so if you’re curious, why not stop by? They’re limited in quantity, so be quick〜
