I went to see the cherry blossoms in Shukugawa this morning, 3/28.

As you can see, it’s still too early to say they’re blooming all over, but

if you look closely…

they’ve just started to bloom a little.
But only just a tiny bit so far. It’ll probably be a few more days before we can really say, “Oh, they’re starting to bloom!”
And down in the southern part of Nishinomiya,

In Nishinomiya-hama, it looks like they’ve started blooming like this. It feels like they might all burst into bloom very soon. Around the bus stop south of Marina Park
Lastly
I think the best time for cherry blossom viewing will probably be from this weekend through the following week. Hope this helps!
