The Ebessan Kids Festival That Was a Big Hit Last Year Is Happening Again on May 5 Sunday Holiday

It looks like “Ebessan Kids Festival (62nd Nishinomiya Daitai Kagura Festival)” will be held at Nishinomiya Shrine on May 5 (Sun./holiday).

They’ll be selling “participation tickets” (advance tickets 1,000 yen, same-day tickets 1,200 yen), which include a shrine talisman, souvenirs, lottery draws, and tickets to join the games!
Advance tickets can be purchased at the Nishinomiya Shrine office.

Last year, darts were this popular.

Shooting games were popular too, and there was a line here as well.

Last year, “マン福,” a takoyaki shop from Chuo Shopping Street, was popular. They had takoyaki, shaved ice, and takosen too. Wonder if they’ll be there again this year.

There was also a popcorn stall.

If you get a shrine talisman and souvenirs too, the 1,200 yen participation ticket is a good deal.

You can feed the koi too.
