If you go this way, you’ll find Meiwa Rehabilitation Hospital, which opened this January, right next door, as well as Happy Tummy Bakery, Koshien Seika Kibariyanse, and more, before reaching Rinko Line.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll run into Koshienhama Sports Park.
The parking lot on the Koshien-suji side will have space for 52 cars.
The north side is the single-story Building A. Maybe this is where Sundi will be?
The south side is the two-story Building B. Maybe the clinic and Zag Zag will go in here?
Construction runs from November through June 20 next year, so the opening will probably be in late June or sometime around July.
Finally
The closest drugstore in this area that you can pull into easily from a parking lot is Yutaka in Hama-Koshien. There are drugstores in LaLaport and Life, but since they’re inside those facilities, a place you can just pull into is pretty valuable. Sundi is also known for being very affordable, so nearby residents will probably be happy about this.
