It looks like a bargain sale for T-fal and other kitchen goods will be held in Nishinomiyahama.
(Information provided by Ebidora and TAKAHIRO@nishi2sp)
Here it is↓

Saturday, May 18
From 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The event is being held by Nakayamafuku, a wholesale company that sells kitchenware and other household goods, and this seems to be the second time they are holding it.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 2-17 Nishinomiyahama, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
What will they be selling?
T-fal frying pans, electric kettles, Thermos water bottles, Zojirushi rice cookers and hot plates, and more.
You can see how cheap the items are in this video↓
The electric kettle is 3,000 yen, which is about 1,000 yen cheaper than the lowest price on Kakaku.com (including shipping), so it seems like quite a deal.
Nearby Information

Across the street are Miyata Transport and Marubishi Transport.

Furuno Electric is located to the west. So they have a location in Nishinomiyahama too.

There is a bus stop on the east side of the building.

It looks like buses run sporadically from around noon.
If you’re coming by car, cross Nishinomiya Ohashi Bridge, turn left at the Seven-Eleven Marina Park store, and it will be on your left. The flyer says parking is available.
Finally
They’ll also have a 100-yen one-handed sponge grab event (10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.) and lucky bags for sale. The video from a previous event looks lively and fun. Since the buses start around noon, people nearby might find it easier to go by bicycle.
