Since the crab cream croquettes were getting attention during the livestream, I ordered the Ebi Koro Lunch!

Wowww! This is a dream set!

The crab cream croquette seems to be homemade, with a rich but not heavy flavor that’s just right. The fried shrimp is fried up nice and crisp, and with the sauce and tartar mixing together, the rice just disappears.

That sauce-and-tartar combo! Such a perfect marriage of richness and creaminess♪

And when I cut into the hamburger steak with my chopsticks, the meat juices just kept flowing out! If it were allowed, I’d lick the plate clean. I wouldn’t want to leave a single drop of the juices or sauce behind. That’s the kind of lunch it was. Finish by washing everything down from mouth to stomach with miso soup, and that’s a perfect meal.

I totally get wanting to lick the plate clean! Those meat juices mixed with demi-glace sauce must be irresistible♪
