On the 2nd floor of Shukugawa Green Town, 
went to “Shinshu Soba Ichikawa” and tried their popular year-round menu item“Bukkake Soba (Cold)”〜！！

It’s right inside after crossing the pedestrian bridge on the 2nd floor.
Starting this month, June, Wednesdays are now regular closing days at “Ichikawa”↓
Ichikawa’s “Bukkake Soba”
The first thing served was “soba tea.” It was warm, and the toasty aroma of soba was so comforting〜🤗

There are so many toppings piled on that you can’t even see the soba〜〜〜😳
Shrimp tempura, shiso tempura, dashimaki omelet, plus condiments like grated daikon, bonito flakes, green onion, nori, lemon, and wasabi.
It has every topping that goes well with soba〜！
Pour on the broth and squeeze the lemon〜〜

The noodles are so glossy〜〜😍
I usually imagine soba having a slightly rough surface, but Ichikawa’s noodles have a really smooth texture✨
Even though they’re this thin, they have such a nice bite to them. Amazing! They go down so easily〜😋
After the nicely chilled noodles, the warm shrimp tempura feels so comforting〜🤗
From the crisply fried batter to the plump, meaty shrimp, it’s irresistible〜〜
The shiso has a light coating on just one side, making it super crisp〜
Isn’t it kind of unusual to have dashimaki omelet on soba〜？ It makes it feel like such a good deal😊
It was soft and springy〜
Shachomi ordered the regular size this time, but it was so good she finished it in no time and regretted not getting the “large size”〜.

There’s also a bench out front, so even if it’s full, you can sit while you wait〜.
Next to the register, they sell six kinds of “oyaki,” as well as soba tea, soba boro cookies, and “nishin” herring that goes well with soba.
