What’s around “Kansai Yadokari Real Estate”
Diagonally across the street are Matsuya Bookstore and Foot Treatment Clinic Genki Style.
If you go this way, you’ll find Amagasaki Shinkin Bank, FamilyMart, Leonidas Chocolates, and more, heading toward the Yamate Kansen road.
If you go in the opposite direction, there’s Matsumoto Kiyoshi, onigiri specialty shop Kinariya, and more, leading toward Koshienguchi Station.

This is a real estate agency you don’t see very often in Nishinomiya. I tried looking for a website and such, but couldn’t find one. A Jimoty job listing said it opened in May, so it’s probably already open. It’s a different company, but does anyone remember that old commercial that went “Ya〜dokari kari, kodawariya-san, aa〜〜 ii ya〜♪”? It’s one of those commercial songs that randomly plays in my head from time to time 🤭
