The “Cheese Curry Odashi Udon EN” in the Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens food court has changed to “Odashi Udon Kakaya”.

What Is “Odashi Udon Kakaya”?

This is a creative udon restaurant from the same group as the previous shop, “Cheese Curry Odashi Udon EN.” The noodles are kneaded with whole wheat flour, so you can enjoy udon that makes the most of the flavor of the grain. They also serve soba, tendon tempura rice bowls, kamameshi, and more.

There’s a wide variety, including tempura sets where you can choose either udon or soba, bukkake udon, meat udon, tendon, and more! They even have udon for kids😄The “Kakaya Tendon,” topped with eight kinds of tempura, looks filling, reasonably priced, and really tempting✨

Final Thoughts

I’ve never tried udon made with whole wheat flour before, so I’m curious♪ It seems nutritious and healthy too😄 Also, the soba shop 石臼挽蕎麦 弦 recently closed in the food court, leaving no soba option there, so it’s nice that soba is available again thanks to this renewal.
