The company that runs this place is BYO Co., Ltd., which also operates “Obon de Gohan” on the 4th floor of Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens. They run a lot of Japanese-style restaurants.

And this cheese is Parmigiano Reggiano, produced in a specific region of northern Italy and aged for two years. They serve it with freshly shaved cheese that has been aged for two whole years on top〜.
What’s more, from March 8 to March 13 (Sun.), it’s 200 yen off for the opening special, making it 780 yen (tax included)〜. This is definitely a chance to give it a try.
The curry is made by slowly simmering several kinds of vegetables together with spices, then adding a golden dashi made with bonito and mackerel flakes. The dashi really comes through, giving it a gentle flavor, so even people who don’t like spicy food should be able to enjoy it〜♡
The whole wheat udon is firm and chewy〜. The cheese clings to the noodles and smells amazing too〜. This is the kind of thing girls love〜〜♡
There’s a spice corner next to the shop, so you can add whichever spices you like〜.
It’s nice that you can adjust the amount of spice to your liking. I wanted a little heat, so I tried adding some garam masala〜.
