Coffee Cherry Soda ¥650(tax included)
Coffee cherry? Soda? I haven’t really heard of that before, so I’m super curious✨
It was a refreshing soda juice, perfect for summer. Even people who aren’t into coffee could probably enjoy it.
I want to try it♪ Apparently it’s made by mixing soda with syrup made from cascara, the fruit of the coffee plant.

The coffee powder sprinkled over this ice cream was especially fragrant and really delicious!!
You often see coffee poured over it, but here they use powder♪ The texture sounds fun too!

For the kintsuba, they apparently serve “Ebisu Kintsuba” from Taniya Seian, a famous Nishinomiya anko sweet bean paste shop✨
Cold Brew Iced Coffee A la carte ¥650(tax included)
They use fresh beans that have been roasted less than 24 hours earlier, so there was no harsh bitterness, and it was a very easy-to-drink coffee!!

I chatted with the master a little, and his passion and knowledge about coffee are amazing lol. He taught me all kinds of things about coffee.
You can drink everything from light roast to medium roast to dark roast♪ I’m also curious how the coffee cherry tastes different as a hot drink versus soda!
