Because the shop is relocating to neighboring Ashiya, it seems that the current location will close as of Sunday, January 26.
According to the shop’s Instagram post, the new shop will not be takeout-only, but will instead take on a bistro-style format where guests can enjoy à la carte dishes and wine. It is scheduled to open in March😄

nomad商会 also operated a food truck, and it seems that service ended within last year as well. In Nishinomiya, they often came to Hyogo Medical University Hospital.

The “Mini French Bowl with Wagyu Beef Tendon” had plenty of tender beef tendon on multigrain butter rice, along with colorful side dishes. It was a well-balanced bento with gentle, comforting flavors.

It’s sad to see the shop leave Nishinomiya, but we’re also looking forward to seeing what the new bistro-style shop in Ashiya will be like♪ It seems easy to get to as well, just a 6-minute walk from Uchide Station on the Hanshin Line😊 The current shop will be open for 9 more days, so be sure to stop by!
