It looks like “Kissa Silhouette,” located in Hazukacho along the City Hall Front Line, will be closing.
(Information provided by Kopi Luwak-san)
Notice↓

It will apparently close on Friday, February 28. It seems the cafe has been in business for 42 years.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1F Mizuho Building, 3-9 Hazukacho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
Around “Kissa Silhouette”

Across the street, there’s White Express and the Nishinomiya Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

If you go this way, you’ll find Chuka Soba Botan, Azumino, Jolly Pasta, and then National Route 2.

If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Yuge Roastery and a FamilyMart that was recently expanded and renovated, leading out to the Yamate Kansen road.
Finally

According to the person who shared the information, it was a cafe with surprisingly inexpensive morning sets and great value. Forty-two years since its founding: 1983 (Showa 58) was the year Tokyo Disneyland opened and Nintendo released the Famicom. It’s sad to see a shop that has been loved for so long close down. It will still be open for four more days, so why not stop by?
※Kopi Luwak-san, thank you for the information!!
