Platform 1 at Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station has started operating movable platform barriers (referred to below as platform doors).

They properly open in sync with the train doors opening and closing〜
They had been left open the whole time, so the upper and lower parts are black. Looks cool.
It looks like they started operating on February 27.
As we reported earlier, platforms 2, 3, and 4 are also expected to start operating by May this year.
Still, a lot of people probably aren’t used to seeing the Rapid service shown in this text color, so that may have surprised quite a few people too.
