Originally, two buildings were planned: one for an “auto repair shop and retail store” and another for a “restaurant and retail store,” but it seems this has changed to “auto repair shop and retail store only.”
The construction period has also been pushed back, and is now scheduled for July this year through the end of April 2026.

By the way, it seems the auto repair shop area will be occupied by an auto repair shop and retail store operated by imported car dealer “Hakko Jidosha Kogyo”. The company runs dealerships for brands such as Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Abarth, Aston Martin, Jaguar, and Land Rover, but I wonder which manufacturers this new location will handle〜😄🚙
