This appears to be a rescue dog and cat shelter & cafe operated by an organization mainly active in animal rescue in the Kanto area. They have helped more than 2,000 animals find new homes so far, and they welcome not only people looking to adopt a dog or cat, but also those who can’t keep pets and simply want to spend time with them.
