It looks like the mazesoba specialty shop “麺屋 はまる堂” near Koshienguchi Station is closing.
(This information was provided by Yokosan, Puu-san, and Monchan @ Nishitsu SP.)

It will reportedly close as of Wednesday, April 30.
According to a reader who confirmed with the shop, the candy apple specialty shop “りんごのおもい,” which operates on the same premises, will also be closing.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 2-2-13 Koshienguchi, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around “麺屋 はまる堂 Koshienguchi Branch”

If you go this way, you’ll find Sushi Izakaya Kojiro next door, as well as Break Time, known for its kebab burgers, along Honwaka Shopping Street.

In the opposite direction is Suzuran-dori.
Food at “麺屋 はまる堂”

Nishitsu has previously featured the “mazesoba” at 麺屋 はまる堂.
Their mazesoba carries on the flavor of the famous Nagoya-born shop “麺屋いっちょう,” with a rich sauce and house-made chicken oil that made for a perfectly balanced seasoning.
Finally
After looking into it, it seems that “麺屋いっちょう” in Kotōen is a sister shop of 麺屋 はまる堂. Hamarudo previously operated as “麺IZMごえん” until around 2017, then temporarily closed two years ago before reopening last summer, so it’s a shame that it is finally closing this time😔 Even after it closes, there will still be the Kotōen shop, so if you find yourself craving it again, definitely head over there〜
※Thank you to Yokosan, Puu-san, and Monchan @ Nishitsu SP for the information!!
