Starting today, 7/19 (Sat), fireworks should be visible from Nishinomiya every night.

This is how they look from Naruohama, so they should be visible from the beaches and the mountain side in southern Nishinomiya. Probably.
These are fireworks from the Osaka Expo, and they’ll be held every day during summer vacation from 7/19 (Sat) to 8/31 (Sun). A mini fireworks festival is apparently taking place.
🎆 Time: Until 7/31 (Thu), launches begin at around 19:57. Set a timer for 3 minutes before〜
- From 8/1 (Fri) onward, the time 🕒 is still being adjusted

Finally
Of course you can see them from Naruohama, but also from Nishinomiyahama, Koshienhama, and on the mountain side, even from Koyoen. If you’re somewhere high up with an open view toward the Expo site, you should be able to see them.
