Starting Friday, August 22, the “Kirby Train” will apparently begin running on Hankyu Railway.

What does the train design look like?
A wrapped train featuring Kirby will run on the Kobe Line, Takarazuka Line, and Kyoto Line〜🚃
On the Kobe Line, Kirby is shown inhaling cake, holding bread, and surrounded by Nishinomiya foods from this famously competitive food area. And could that be the “Carillon Bell” in Nishikita drawn next to the door on the far right!?🔔
There will also be stickers next to the exterior doors〜
The “headmark” is Kirby too.
There will also be Kirby stickers and posters inside the train, plus a plush toy in the driver’s cab. The hat suits him so well and he’s adorable😍 Since Kirby himself is perfectly round, he blends right into the headmark😆
Kirby BGM will play too
From September 2, music featuring arrangements of “Kirby” in-game BGM with a train theme will apparently play at major stations such as Osaka-umeda Station, Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station, and Kobe-sannomiya Station, as well as commercial facilities such as Nishinomiya Gardens and Hankyu Sanbangai🎶By the way, this is apparently the first time BGM will be played as part of a collaboration project. For the generation that grew up playing Kirby, this is going to be irresistible😆
Collaboration Goods and Capsule Toys Too
A total of 28 types of collaboration goods will be sold, along with the collaboration project’s first-ever capsule toys🛍 The goods will be available at general goods shops “Color Field” and “a.d.r.e.s” inside Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station, as well as Lawson stores along the Hankyu Hanshin lines. The capsule toy machines will reportedly be set up inside major stations, including Nishinomiya-kitaguchi Station. *Release dates may vary depending on the location.
In Closing
There will also be a stamp rally along the Hankyu lines with participation prizes, an original one-day pass, photo spots, and limited-edition collaboration foods at shops along the railway lines. There’s a lot going on〜! Personally, I’m most excited to hear the BGM♪
