Surrounding Area of JR Nishinomiya Tower Condominium “BRANZ TOWER Nishinomiya”
Across the street, there are places like the trading card game shop “おじゃま館” and ラーメン刻々.
If you go this way, you’ll reach JR Nishinomiya Station and Frente Nishinomiya.
In the opposite direction is the Sakura Shukugawa Station area. Right next door is the Nishinomiya Regional Wholesale Market. You can see the greengrocer Yaosuke and 82cafe.
A Quick Look at the Construction Site
Even while we were covering the site, trucks kept coming in one after another.
One tower crane was steadily lifting materials from the ground up onto the building🏗️
Near the front, an excavator was busily digging into the ground.

It’s a pretty large crane, and it really stands out!

There was also a slogan that said, “Heartfelt safety management, a work environment where anyone can speak openly.”
Countless reinforced concrete columns and beams. These will eventually be stacked all the way up to the 35th floor.
By the way, the commercial for this tower condo, “THE GOAL,” is really grand and pretty interesting.

Completion is scheduled for summer 2027. The scenery here is likely to keep changing more and more, so we’ll continue following it!
