Tried the Soft-Boiled Egg Ramen at Ramen Zundoya in Oshima-cho Nishinomiya! [Nishitsu Gourmet]

This time, we visited a

popular ramen shop
“Ramen Zundoya”
located in Oshima-cho along Route 171😊

Ramen Zundoya (Nishinomiya Oshima branch) had just opened on March 1, and when we went a little after noon, there was already quite a line…

That said, the turnover was quick, so we didn’t have to wait too long!

While you’re waiting, they hand you a menu, so you can decide what to order in advance.

The menu is simple, with 8 types of ramen and 6 rice dishes available!

Inside, the staff’s lively calls made the place feel upbeat and bustling🎵
It had that classic ramen shop atmosphere😁

Here’s what we had this time↓

★Ajitama Ramen (850 yen, tax included)

At Ramen Zundoya, you can choose your noodles and soup.

For the soup, there are four options: “light,” “regular,” “rich,” and “extra rich.”

For the noodles, you can choose between “thin noodles” and “wavy noodles”!

This time, we chose rich soup with thin noodles😊

As you can see from the photo… there’s a ton of pork back fat floating on top😲 lol

It’s a back-fat-style ramen with a very rich and mellow tonkotsu pork bone soup❗️

The toppings include two seasoned eggs, two slices of chashu pork, one sheet of nori, and green onions.

You can also add toppings such as garlic chips and bean sprouts😊

Next up is this↓

★Half Fried Rice (350 yen, tax included)

The fried rice had a nice fluffy, separate-grain texture, and was a little on the salty side.

The meat seemed to be the same chashu used in the ramen.

Unlike the rich ramen, the flavor was a bit lighter and more restrained, and it was delicious😄❤️
