Its name is Care Plan Center 結（Musubu）. Such a gentle-sounding name〜

It’s a consultation desk for nursing care staffed by care managers. It just opened this January.

What Does a Care Plan Center Do?
In simple terms, it’s a place that listens to all kinds of concerns from people who have been certified as needing care or people who want to start receiving care, and connects them with the right services.
For example, you can ask about things like this〜

Their Strength Is Hands-On Experience from Home-Visit Care
It’s operated by “株式会社つなぐて,” the home-visit care provider we’ve also introduced on Nishitsu.
The company’s representative, Mr. Imamura, has devoted himself to nursing care since he was 21.
They’ll be using the experience they’ve built through their home-visit care office while working together with medical, nursing care, and welfare-related organizations to provide support rooted in the local community.
They’re currently also receiving cooperation from local welfare commissioners as they take in a wide range of consultations from people in the area. There’s a real sense of reassurance that comes from a company that knows the front lines of nursing care
