Finally returning to work this spring. Many moms may be feeling anxious, wondering things like, “I can’t imagine balancing housework and childcare,” or “Will I be able to respond if the nursery suddenly calls me to pick up my child?” 🤔
There’s an event that should be really helpful for families like that!! ✨

What will they be doing?
They’ll welcome a childcare-leave return advisor as the instructor, who will share the current situation in society as well as tips and mindset for “balancing work and childcare” 😊
There will also apparently be group work where participants discuss things like “What would you do in a situation like this!?” based on experiences from senior dads and moms.
It seems like this kind of setting could bring out real stories that you might not be able to ask people you know face-to-face 👍
After the lecture, there will also be a casual “After-School Time” for participants, the instructor, and senior dads and moms to mingle. Participation is optional for those who wish to join 🙆♀️
Where will it be held?
Nishinomiya City Gender Equality Center Wave, Room 411
※200 m from the Hankyu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi South ticket gate

Finally
Around this time of year, when you go to parenting plazas and similar places, conversations about starting a new life in spring or returning to work are everywhere. When there’s something you don’t know, the best thing is to ask someone who has actually experienced it! Be sure to make a reservation and feel free to drop by 😊
