A new shop of some kind is being built in the Koshienguchi Honwaka Shopping Street.

The address is 1F Koshienguchi Chance Building, 2-16-1 Koshienguchi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture. The “Koshien Shopping Street” bus stop is right in front of the shop.
This used to be “中国菜館 康乃馨.” Before that it was らぁ麺と餃子の店 たか和, and before that, 麺屋徳.
Area Around the “New Shop”
Across the street is Eitoku Daijin Inari Shrine.
If you go this way, you’ll find Nishimura Honey, Yakiniku Kimura, Meika Sakaba, Saran, and more, leading toward National Route 2.
In the opposite direction, you’ll find Yakiniku Tonya Yamiichi, Bar Yamatani, Marumeri BREAD, FamilyMart, and more, leading toward Koshienguchi Station.
Final Thoughts
This spot has always been home to restaurants, so I’m wondering if that’s what it’ll be this time too, but there’s no detailed information yet. We’ll write another article if we find out more😄
