It looks like all Sushiro locations will close at the same time.

For the two days of Tuesday, May 12 and Wednesday, May 13, all stores will be closed, except for some locations such as takeout-only shops.
Sushiro has been holding these company-wide closure days every year, and this seems to be the 8th year.
The Sushiro locations in Nishinomiya are the Nishinomiya Naruocho store along Rinko Line,
and the Nishinomiya Mondo store along Nakatsuhama Line. Please note that Sushiro locations in nearby areas will also be closed all day on these two days.
