The green character is Keyaki-kun. He’s the mascot character of Keyaki Sanpomichi〜
This year marked the 21st Koshien Walk Event, and apparently more than 100 participants set off on foot toward Akashi.
Twilight-san, who provided the information, apparently takes part every time as the “Miyatan guide.”
By the way, this was apparently Keyaki-kun’s first time joining.
Finally
The walk usually starts at Koshien Stadium at 6:30, heads along the Old National Route to Mukogawa, turns back, and then comes back along the Old National Route to the Koshien Line, passing in front of Super Hair Seo-san around 7:00 to 7:45〜. It’ll probably be around the same time next year too.
