The address is 2-1-32 Narai, Yamaguchi-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Motooka Building No. 3.
The Karaoke BanBan location was apparently a karaoke box called “Karaoke Osaru no Oshiro” more than a decade ago, and the sign from back then was still there.

This is across the street.
If you go this way, you’ll find Ramen Shekarashika, FamilyMart, Yoshinoya, ALOHA CAFE, Gyoza no Ohsho, and more, leading toward Kita Ward, Kobe.
Going in the opposite direction, there’s Ramen Horenso, Soba Taikotei, Yamaguchi Post Office, Harows, and more, leading toward Najio.
By the way, about a 3-minute walk from “Karaoke BanBan Nishinomiya Yamaguchi,” whose closure we learned about this time, there is also “Karaoke BanBan Nishinomiya Shimoyamaguchi.”
The Shimoyamaguchi location also seems to have been temporarily closed for some time, and Google Maps lists it as permanently closed.

Judging from Google Maps, once this Karaoke BanBan Nishinomiya Yamaguchi location closes, it looks like there will be no karaoke chain stores left in northern Nishinomiya. That’s a little sad… If you want to go karaoke from now on, you’ll probably end up using “Karaoke Box Osaru no Mura DX” in Fujiwaradai, Kita Ward, Kobe, next door.
