Right on the north side of Koshienguchi Station, something is being built on the site that used to be a coin parking lot.

The address is 2-26 Koshienguchi Kitamachi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo. Until April, this was a coin parking lot, and before that it was the site of a building that housed shops such as Cafe COOL and okonomiyaki restaurant Kayo.

This appears to be for a condominium planned in the neighboring area of Tendocho. So this spot in front of Koshienguchi Station might become something like a model room or sales center.

If this does become a model room or sales center, it would likely be a temporary facility. Since it’s right in front of the station, we’re curious to see what ultimately happens with this location.
