The clinic building being built along National Route 2 near Sakura Shukugawa Station is really starting to take shape.
(Thanks to Okkiy@Nishitsu SP for the tip)
Here it is↓

The exterior looks almost finished~
It looks like it will be a four-story medical mall called “Sakura Shukugawa Medical Center” (tentative name), with multiple clinics and other facilities inside.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 9-7 Kaguracho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. It’s the former site of Kikuya, the Japanese sweets shop.
When Kikuya was still there↓

Kikuya Nishinomiya Shukugawa closed in spring 2022, and the building was demolished around autumn 2024.

Area around “Sakura Shukugawa Medical Center” (tentative name)

Across the street is Minna Genki Gym.

If you go this way, you’ll find places like Suke-san Udon, and the south side of JR Sakura Shukugawa Station. It’s around the Alfa Romeo dealership.

If you go the opposite way, you’ll head toward Ashiya. FIT24 and Life Shukugawa store are nearby.
A gastroenterology endoscopy clinic and a dispensing pharmacy are moving in
It looks like some of the clinics moving into the building have already been decided. “Nishijima Internal Medicine and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Clinic” is scheduled to open on Monday, September 7. A dispensing pharmacy also appears to be opening on the first floor~

There also seem to be a few tenant spaces still available, so more details may be decided from here. If we get any updates, Nishitsu may cover them in another article~
