There’s a diner called “キッチンゆいか” on the 1st floor of ACTA Nishinomiya West Building.
It opened about four years ago, and while it doesn’t seem to be strictly a meat-specialty restaurant, most of the menu is meat-focused, making it a great spot for meat lovers.
This time, we stopped by for lunch.

“キッチンゆいか” Menu
The meat dishes include “カルビメニュー” (kalbi menu), “ハラミメニュー” (skirt steak menu), and “豚カルビメニュー” (pork kalbi menu), and for each you can choose either a “定食” set meal or a “御重” rice box.
This time, I ordered the “定食（２６０g）” set meal from the “ハラミメニュー” for １,６３０円.
The set meal comes with rice and soup, and you can get up to two servings of rice.
Here’s the skirt steak.
Since it’s skirt steak, it’s lean with little fat, light and easy to eat, but still packed with rich meaty flavor.
It was cooked slightly rare, which felt just right.
The skirt steak was juicy, and as a meat lover myself, I was very satisfied with this lunch.
