We previously visited “Shukugawa Trinity,” located just north of Hankyu Shukugawa Station, for a gourmet article. The “Ultimate Hamburg Steak” we had then has apparently been available for takeout as a bento for a little while now.
This time, we bought one of the bento from “Shukugawa Trinity.”

We bought this “Ultimate Hamburg Steak & Domestic Fried Chicken Bento” (1,280 yen).
It’s a bento that includes the “Ultimate Hamburg Steak” we’ve had before.
The hamburg steak is nicely seared on the outside and juicy on the inside.
When you cut into it with chopsticks, the meat juices come flowing out (it almost feels like a bit of a waste…).
It goes well with rice, making it perfect for a bento.
The fried chicken is seasoned on the stronger side, and it also pairs really well with rice.
With both hamburg steak and fried chicken, the rice disappears fast.
The side vegetables were carrot, bamboo shoot, sweet potato, and onion.
