We’ve visited “Shukugawa Sakura-tei” once before. The restaurant originally started out as a Chinese restaurant called “Copine” on the 2nd floor of Green Town.
After that, it moved to a spot in front of Hankyu Shukugawa Station, and then a few years ago relocated to its current location. It’s a long-established restaurant that has been serving the Shukugawa area for many years.
Most of the menu has always been available for takeout, so this time we got some food from “Sakura-tei” to go.

“Shukugawa Sakura-tei” Food
This time, we bought the “yakisoba” (800 yen).
It’s what you’d call Chinese-style yakisoba, with happosai-style stir-fried vegetables and meat poured over the noodles.
Even though we got it for takeout, it was still quite hot.
Because the sauce is thickened, it seems to retain heat well.
The ingredients include Chinese cabbage, bok choy, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, squid, pork, quail egg…
In short, it’s packed with ingredients, delicious, and healthy.
I’ve been short on vegetables lately, so I feel like my body was probably happy about this too.
The portion is also pretty generous, so even an adult man would probably find it filling enough.
