We’ve visited “GOOD GOOD MEAT” in Kurakuen-guchi several times before, and recently they’ve started offering takeout bento boxes.
This time, we got a steak bento from “GOOD GOOD MEAT” to go.

“GOOD GOOD MEAT” Food
They have yakiniku bento and steak bento options, and this time we picked up the “Sirloin Steak” from the steak bento lineup for 2,500 yen.
The sides are potatoes, green beans, and carrots, and there’s garlic rice underneath the steak.
They grill the steak after you order, so it takes a little time, around 15 to 20 minutes, but I think it’s well worth the wait.
The brand of meat this shop usually carries is known for the delicious flavor of its lean cuts, but with this sirloin steak you can also fully enjoy the richness of the fat.
It’s not as greasy as it may look, and you can enjoy a nice balance of lean meat and fat.
If you want a good balance of rice and meat, the yakiniku bento is probably the way to go. If you want to really dig into the meat, I’d recommend choosing the steak bento.
