The built-in camera in the AI machine analyzes your movements during training from various angles, including angle, speed, and timing,
and gives you real-time advice.
So you can maximize the effectiveness of your workout!! And it also helps prevent injuries!!
If you tell the trainer about areas you don’t want to strain or parts of your body that are hard to move because of past injuries,
amazingly, the AI optimizes the program to reduce the burden＼(^o^)／
On top of that, there are also dedicated human trainers, so you can get advice and counseling too!
