Spotted while running!
Along the side road by the Muko River in Kozonecho, I found a sign for “Jizo-zaka” that looked way too suspicious!

The words “Jizo-zaka” written on a red traffic cone.
Extremely suspicious.
At this point… there was no way I couldn’t investigate.

Behind the red cone sign for “Jizo-zaka,” there was a stairway lined with beautiful hydrangeas.

After climbing the stairs, I found a small shrine marked “Komori Jizo.”
This is probably where the name “Jizo-zaka” comes from.

It has a slightly elegant feel.
Lovely.

Peek(looking inside)

“What you do for others and what you do for yourself are both important, both precious.”Such beautiful words.

Going up past the small shrine, I came out onto the path along the Muko River.

The view to the north!
After the coronavirus slowdown, it looks like people are gradually coming back^^

The view to the south.
There were people enjoying cycling and running too^^
Here it is on the map↓
It’s a small path along the Muko River.
Final Thoughts

The lettering looks a little eerie, but the elegant little shrine and the view of the Muko River stretching out above it were lovely^^
By the way, there also seems to be a “Jizo-zaka” in Kamikotōen.
I’ll have to investigate it like something out of Knight Scoop.
