It looks like a BOBA TEA&DRINK shop called “SIAN” is opening on the south side of JR Koshienguchi. It’s going into the spot where the standing udon and soba shop “Hotei” used to be.

What’s around “SIAN”
Across the street is the JR Koshienguchi rotary.
Right next door is KFC, and if you cross the pedestrian crossing, you’ll find “Light Yogashiten” and “7-Eleven.”
If you head in the opposite direction, there’s an elevated passageway that lets you pass through to the other side of the station.
It looks like they’ll have all kinds of banana juice, as well as fruit teas.
You can choose from toppings like “tapioca pearls,” “grass jelly,” or “warabi mochi,” so it might be hard to decide what to drink.
