Nihon Ryori Hanayu, we’re coming in!

Open the wood-grain sliding door with the noren curtain…

And you’ll find a clean, welcoming interior.
There are 10 counter seats.

For table seating:
- 1 table for 2
- 2 tables for 4
- 1 table for 6
That makes 16 seats in total.

Next,
there’s a private room in the back on the left side of the entrance.
This private room can accommodate up to 22 people.

Hanayu’s website also has a floor plan of the restaurant.
You can find Nihon Ryori Hanayu’s website here.

Inside the restaurant,
beautiful flowers are on display.
The owner of Hanayu, Mr. Kitada, told us he tries to keep greenery in the restaurant as much as possible.

There are paintings on the walls,

as well as impressive ceramic plates.

In the private room too,

there are ornamental plants,

ceramics,

and roses on display.

This container is placed at the table seats.
It’s shaped like a gourd:

a toothpick holder.

The toothpicks in the private room are also kept in a stylish container.

Near the entrance, there’s also a hanger rack,
so even if you’re dining at the counter, you won’t have trouble finding a place for your jacket.
