It’s the border between Honmachi and Toda-cho.

In Honmachi, you’ll find “COFFEE HOUSE FIELD” and a stone monument for “Hiruko Okami Mikoshiya Densetsuchi,” among other things.

Nishinomiya has about 600 town names, but places where block display signs like these sit right next to each other seem like they should exist, yet they’re surprisingly hard to find.
