Bakery “TIGRE” in Babacho near Hanshin Nishinomiya Station
opened on Saturday, November 14, so we went to check it out (^O^)/
Here’s what it looked like before opening↓

A few people were already lined up, so they opened a little early!
Bread we bought at “TIGRE”

At the very front: Croissant Tuna ¥220 before tax
Tuna and mayonnaise are topped on a crisp croissant pastry (^O^)/
Back right: Pain au Chocolat ¥200 before tax

It has chocolate inside croissant pastry (^O^)/
The amount of sweet chocolate felt just right for this croissant😊
Bread on the left: Croissant ¥220 before tax

The croissant had a rich buttery aroma, with soft, airy layers, and it was delicious (^ ^)

One full loaf of Yamagata bread ¥640 before tax Half loaf ¥320 before tax

It was fine-textured, soft, and light (^O^)/Personally, I thought this might be great for sandwiches!

Final Thoughts
Since it was right after opening, we tried buying all the products (^ ^)They said there would be a lot more lined up around lunchtime!
The owner, who does the baking, used to be a baker at BIGOT, so the croissants were just as impressive as you’d expect! And the French bread we had the other day too (*^_^*)
We’re looking forward to trying the other breads as well!
