What Is “本巣ヱ”?
The first location opened in the Kinosaki Onsen town area on October 31. During its pre-opening on October 15, they sold a limited batch of 100 items, which reportedly sold out in about 30 minutes.
When you hear “egg specialty shop,” you might wonder what that means, but at 本巣ヱ you can enjoy sweets made with carefully selected eggs. They were also hiring staff. It opens on December 21.
