The shop’s name is “kottabos.”
Apparently, a well-known restaurant from Tarumi has relocated here.

Wine Bar Shop Information
Across the street, there are stairs leading down to the Shukugawa riverbed.
If you go this way, you’ll cross the Hankyu Koyo Line railroad crossing and come out onto the road along the Shukugawa River.
If you go this way, you’ll enter a residential area along the Shukugawa River. After walking a little farther, there’s a hot spring in the Shukugawa River.
In Closing
It looks like the opening will be right around the time the cherry blossoms are in full bloom (^^)
It’s the perfect spot for cherry blossom viewing this year, when we have to enjoy the blossoms and drinks separately!
I’m looking forward to it (*^。^*) We don’t know the shop name yet, so we’ll add it as soon as we find out!
