Gajumaru opened their shop in February 2013.
That means they had opened a “shokupan specialty shop” long before the shokupan boom began.
Isn’t that impressive? (By the way, Nogami, known for helping spark the premium shokupan boom, opened in October 2013 with its flagship shop in Uehonmachi, Osaka.)
