What’s being sold is Koshien Hero Age, a local Nishinomiya specialty. It looks like this product is supervised by a local company.
The other two are popular items: chicken skin gyoza and soft-shell crab, a crab you can eat shell and all.

Lastly
This vending machine is set up in front of a company called J GROUP, which handles processed chicken products like yakitori, prepared foods, and processed seafood. It seems they’re selling products they’re especially proud of(^^)v
