They have games coming up at Nishinomiya City Central Gymnasium on March 5 (Sun) and March 6 (Mon)〜😍
Captured from the Nishinomiya Storks official website
Here’s Hii-chan @ Nishi2’s undercover report↓
Here’s where Nishinomiya City Central Gymnasium, the game venue, is located↓
The address is 1-16 Kawahara-cho, Nishinomiya City.

Lunch Candidate ① Enjoy an all-star lineup of Western-style dishes at “dining kitchen kuro”

First up is “dining kitchen kuro,” which opened last January!
Here it is on the map↓
The address is Proceed Naka-Maeda 101, 1-21 Naka-Maeda-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It’s about a 10-minute walk from JR Nishinomiya Station.

This is the “B Lunch”, featuring hamburger steak, crab cream croquette, and chicken cutlet all together, for 1,200 yen including tax〜!
*Includes daily soup + rice or bread

The rich, creamy “crab cream croquette” was so good it almost made the photo blurry!
A crispy coating packed with lots of cream♡

The soup that day was “corn soup”🌽

As soon as you cut into the hamburger steak, the juices come flowing out~~~~! It’s so tender you don’t even need a knife.
The restaurant is run by a husband-and-wife team: the chef, who is also the manager, and his wife, who is great at baking bread.
You can enjoy a luxurious lunch that feels like something from a high-end restaurant, while still having a touch of nostalgia😋
Lunch Candidate ② Relax over a slightly luxurious meal at “Cobalt Kitchen”

Next is “Cobalt Kitchen,” which also opened last April〜.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is Nishinomiya 2F, 7-34 Yanagimoto-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It’s about a 17-minute walk from JR Nishinomiya Station. Another plus is that it’s close to Nishinomiya City Central Gymnasium, just a 4-minute walk away.

The “S Set” for 1,680 yen is a slightly luxurious menu that comes with an appetizer plate, soup or baguette, today’s dish, your choice of main dish, and a drink♡
The photo shows the appetizer plate. You’ll be surprised by the volume and variety. On this day, it included caponata, marinated carrots, and potato salad with anchovies and olives.
The texture of the ice plant is really something special〜😊

Today’s dish was “smoked duck with shiso Genovese sauce.”
The meat was moist and full of flavor〜😍
The shiso Genovese sauce was refreshing and worked really well.

The main dish was “spinach and clam tomato sauce” pasta, the daily pasta😄
A pasta packed with ingredients where you can really enjoy the tomato flavor! We dipped the baguette generously into the sauce too〜😆

The interior has a seaside feel. Recommended when you want to enjoy a slightly luxurious, relaxed lunch from midday♡
Lunch Candidate ③ Enjoy a konamon pair lunch at “冨紗家(ふさや)”

This is “冨紗家(ふさや)”, a creative okonomiyaki restaurant〜.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 10-4 Ikeda-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It’s on the south side, opposite the direction of Nishinomiya City Central Gymnasium from JR Nishinomiya Station, but it’s only about a 3-minute walk away.

The “Lunch Pair Set” for 2,600 yen lets you choose one yakisoba and one okonomiyaki-style dish from two options each.
・Caesar salad with prosciutto and leafy greens
・Mentaiko tororo yakisoba or kimchi yakisoba
・Mochi and cheese “Mocheese-yaki” or Tonton-yaki made with yam-only batter
・2 drinks, one per person
The photo shows the “Caesar salad with prosciutto and leafy greens.”
You can enjoy plenty of crisp, fresh leafy greens〜♡

For the yakisoba, we chose “mentaiko tororo yakisoba”!
It was my first time hearing of a menu item called “mentaiko tororo yakisoba”〜😀

For the okonomiyaki-style dish, we went with “mochi and cheese Mocheese-yaki.” Grilled mochi is already amazing, and adding cheese to it?〜😍
Load up on “carbs” × “carbs” at lunchtime and get ready to cheer on the Nishinomiya Storks!!
The staff were also very kind〜😉
