On Saturday, October 12, from 4:00 p.m., an event called “Gardens Yume Meeting 2019” will be held at Sky Garden on the 4th floor of Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens.
The event is planned and run by Stajimo Nishinomiya, and apparently this is their first attempt at an event like this.
So what kind of event is it?

What is “Gardens Yume Meeting 2019”?
The idea behind the event is: “We want Nishinomiya to be a city where more adults can talk about their dreams!”
Nishinomiya is certainly a convenient and comfortable place to live, with a large population and a wide range of cultures and facilities. But the reason Nishinomiya is such a great city today is because local residents years ago talked about their dreams and worked hard to make them a reality.
It would be wonderful if we, too, could talk about our dreams with one another as a step toward creating Nishinomiya’s future.
The main part of this event is a talk event where “Yume Kataribito” (“dream storytellers”) with all kinds of dreams share their dreams with one another and think together about how those dreams can be made reality.
Other planned programs include a “Yume Stage” featuring Nishinomiya artists, a “Silent Folk Dance” using radio, and a big social gathering for all participants.

Form a Circle and Talk All About Nishinomiya’s Future! [Yume Meeting] 17:00–19:00
This is a talk event where participants gather around “Yume Kataribito” active in various fields and think about “how everyone can help make the Yume Kataribito’s dreams come true.”
Let’s all talk together about Nishinomiya’s future and the dreams of the Yume Kataribito!What are “Yume Kataribito”?
They are people active in Nishinomiya who have dreams to make the city more vibrant, such as “dreams that will help people in Nishinomiya enjoy the city more,” “dreams that can’t be achieved alone,” and “dreams with no end.”How do you “talk” with the Yume Kataribito?
At the Yume Meeting, participants will gather with one of the three Yume Kataribito they selected when applying. For about an hour and a half, you’ll think about how that dream could come true and talk passionately about it.
Groups of 5 to 10 people will gather around each of the 13 Yume Kataribito. Each circle will become one “Yume Meeting” group.★★Please check before applying!★★

■Who Can Join / Anyone who wants to think about Nishinomiya’s future or enjoy Nishinomiya even more
■Participation Fee / 3,000 yen (includes FM radio / fee for the big social gathering)
*Participants of junior high school age and older must pay the participation fee.
■Capacity / Around 100 people
*The event will be held rain or shine. In case of rain, it will be held in Gardens Hall.
