It looks like the Ippudo along Route 171 will be holding an event on Wednesday, October 16 where you can eat ramen for free.
Here↓

As the first part of Ippudo’s 34th Anniversary Founding Festival, they’ll apparently be offering free ramen through an event called the “Furumai Ramen Festival.”
They’ll be serving 340 bowls at lunch and 340 bowls at night, and it looks like numbered tickets will be handed out.
Ippudo Nishinomiya Kitaguchi↓

Here it is on the map↓
The address is 4-60-1 Maruhashi-cho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
Event Details
The event will be held for one day only, on Wednesday, October 16.
Ippudo’s business hours are from 11:00 to 0:00.
The free ramen will be one bowl of either “Shiromaru Motoaji” or “Akamaru Shinaji,” with a total of 680 bowls offered for free (lunch: 340 bowls, evening: 340 bowls). It also looks like you can order up to one extra serving of noodles.

About Numbered Ticket Distribution
The time when numbered tickets will be distributed seems to vary by Ippudo location.
For the Nishinomiya Kitaguchi location, the Ippudo website http://www.ippudo.com/ said the ticket distribution time was scheduled to be announced around 13:00 on October 11, but it hadn’t been posted yet.

They also ran a campaign in August where up to five draft beers were free, so Ippudo has been holding surprise events one after another.
