It looks like a restaurant called “肉バル Meat Meat Meat” is scheduled to open in late February in Matsuzono-cho along Yamate Kansen.
Judging from the name, it’s almost certainly a place where you can eat meat.

Actually, on the second floor of Shukugawa Terrace, where this spot is located, there is “スペインバルPulpo(プルポ),” which we introduced on Nishi2 Gourmet in December 2018.

If you go this way, you’ll find スタジオヌーブ, Hankyu Shukugawa Station, and if you continue farther, you’ll reach the Shirogaboricho-kita intersection on Route 171.
