The takoyaki specialty shop “風風(Fufu)” in Tokiwa-cho along National Route 171 has reopened.
(Thanks to Yukari-san, Tatsu-san, Kaeitsu @ Nishi2 sp, and Super Nishinomiya Seijin for the tips.)
The previous notice↓

Due to maintenance on equipment inside the shop, it said they would be temporarily closed until Saturday, May 31. We had reported that they would resume normal business from Sunday, June 1 onward.

By 6/19, the notice had changed slightly, and the shop remained closed after that. Kaeitsu @ Nishi2 Supporter had been worried and kept checking on it the whole time〜

Apparently, it had reopened on January 3〜.
Here it is on the map↓
The address is 1-31 Tokiwa-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around “Takoyaki Fufu Tokiwa-cho Branch”

Across the street is JA Hyogo Rokko.

If you go this way, you’ll find Toshiharu Coffee, Maruhachi, the brown rice specialty shop Gen Gen, baked sweets specialty shop ENTIM, Udonya Wanshiro, Gaen, and more, leading toward National Route 2.

In the opposite direction, you’ll find Tanron, Chinese restaurant ◯山, CAFE STRAWBERRY FIELDS, and more, leading to Yamate Kansen.
They’re short-staffed
From what we heard, Fufu is currently closed on irregular days.
It looks like Fufu is actively hiring right now.

Lastly
A lot of people were probably worried the shop had closed for good after such a long closure. Since they’re still short-staffed and operating on irregular days, applying for the job now might make you a bit of a savior for the takoyaki scene in this area. If anyone starts working there after seeing Nishi2, please let us know〜. We’ll go buy some takoyaki〜
※Yukari-san, Tatsu-san, Kaeitsu @ Nishi2 sp, Super Nishinomiya Seijin, thank you for the information!!
